HumanGated
The reviewer never signs up, never installs anything, and never sees a tool.
Agent review products usually solve the wrong half: they build a great interface for the developer and assume the human reviewer will create an account to use it. Real reviewers — a lawyer, a subject expert, a client — will not.
Here the developer stays in their agent (`check with mike — does the refund rule read right?`) and the reviewer gets an email with a link. They answer in the page. The agent pulls the response back as span comments and suggested edits rendered as ready-to-apply diffs, and never applies one on its own. There is a full provenance trail of who touched what and when, and a gate mechanism that can hold work until a named human has actually answered — with an explicit, logged override when someone decides to proceed anyway.
